Amelia Island Management (AIM) provides Exceptional Administrative, Financial and Association Management services to Community Associations since 1973.
Our motto, “Making a Difference, One Community at a Time”, truly depicts the commitment and execution level that AIM strives to achieve. With fifty-two (52) Association customers, AIM has enjoyed a very successful thirty-nine (39) year relationship in Florida's Association Management Industry.
Amelia Island Management operates at the direction of the Condominium and Homeowner Associations’ elected Boards of Directors. Qualification and Certification of the AIM employees staff is most important to AIM's customers. Currently 84% of the AIM staff is licensed as Community Association Managers (CAM) by the State of Florida. Each CAM attends twenty (20) hours of continuing education every two (2) years to maintain their individual license. Amelia Island Management is a state licensed Community Association Management Service provider.
Amelia Island Management presents a somewhat unique business model for management of your Community Association. Typically, Community Association Management providers assign a dozen or more Associations to each licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). This greatly limits the time that a CAM can allocate to each individual Association for on-site assessment and day-to-day management. Amelia Island Management's customers expect a more “hands-on” approach and greater involvement, thus we assign a Community Association Manager only 5 or 6 Associations. Our Operational Team philosphy also allows continuity with Administrative personnel and provides a back-up mechanism for CAMs while away from the office. This approach has proven to be highly successful with our Homeowner and Condominium Association customers.
